Purposeful Planning

It seems obvious that we would take the time to plan things that are important. But what about all of the little events that happen every day? These small daily choices become habits and our habits determine the quality of our lives. How much planning do you spend making daily decisions, such as managing your time, thoughts and self-care?

The same planning that helps create an amazing wedding can also be used to create an amazing life. Most people agree they want to be in control of their lives, but many people also feel like "life just happens". Having a plan helps us bridge that gap between having big goals and dreams, and thinking life just happens.

What would be different for you if you took the same time and attention to plan your life as you are taking to plan your wedding? Consider journaling about these topics and bring one of them to a free coaching session!

1. Have I aligned the way I spend my time with my priorities? Do they match and support each other? If a stranger looked at my schedule, would they know what I value?

2. Do I manage my mind so that I am willing to do things that feel uncomfortable in order to move forward with my goals?

3. Is self-care non-negotiable for me? Am I well-rested and well-nourished? Do I know how to take care of my own needs so that I can show up as my best self for my partner and those I love?
